Happy MLK Day!
Happy Martin Luther King, Jr. Day!
Back in elementary school, I can remember when it came time to recite Dr. King\'s great "I Have a Dream" speech, I was nervous. We even had to do a one-on-one recital with the principal in order to pass the assignment! And as tense or even apprehensive as I was, I also understood the significance of the words being recited; That they were accompanied by history. But now as a twenty-something college grad, everything Dr. King stood for and the movement he helped personify ring even truer than before. I can proudly say we "live in a nation where [we] will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of [our]character."
